The School Committee, in appreciation of the support given to the schools of the City of Manchester over the years, shall issue “senior citizen” passes to all citizens 65 years of age and older.  Such passes shall be honored at all home athletic contests.  This pass shall also allow senior citizens to register at adult education programs at one-half the price of tuition for such courses.
