ICT - what is it? ICT is an acronym that stands for Information Communications Technology. We currently live in the Information Age! Just as the Industrial Revolution marked the onset of the Industrial Age, the Digital Revolution marks the onset of the Information Age. Access to ideas and information is the cornerstone of our information-based society. Students must develop ICT literacy and learn how to effectively  use technology in order to function in this society.
