MANCHESTER – All are welcome for the fourth annual CelebratED, an all-day celebration of our public schools and community. The event will be held from 10 am-4 pm on Saturday, September 21, at Veterans Park in downtown Manchester.
CelebratED is held in partnership with Manchester Proud, and more than 50 city departments and community organizations. The event includes free activities, entertainment and food.

All 20 Manchester public schools will participate in the event, showcasing thoughtfully planned and rehearsed performances that truly capture the essence of our diverse community.
Music Café provides a unique off-main stage venue for high school & middle school students, allowing them to showcase their solo performances.
The Art Gallery in The Park offers an enclosed space with a portal entrance, creating a sophisticated setting for displaying impressive student art.
The event will post nearly 50 organizations participating in booths and activities encouraging community engagement.
Game Changer Awards will honor 110 students, teachers, and staff from all 21 schools for their outstanding contributions that go above and beyond to make their schools great. This truly embodies the spirit of CelebratED.
Science education will take center stage with a robotics competition.
The event caters to diverse tastes with an expanded multi-cultured menu, featuring Greek pizza, Caribbean, Nepalese, Mexican, African, Thai, and Mediterranean food. Kona Ice is also available for all kids.
The Bookmobile will be returning again this year to offer free books to students to encourage an enthusiasm for reading!
New this year: a Dancing Corner where there will be several opportunities throughout the day to join a dance class.
