Mrs. Rogers has retired from her administrative assistant role at Beech Street after 36 years of dedicated service. Although we are saddened by her departure, we are excited to introduce our new administrative assistant, Tina True. Please note that Ms. True is still adjusting to her new role, so we kindly request your patience when contacting or visiting the office. |

Congratulations to Ms. Caron's 1st Grade! We are thrilled to announce that Ms. Caron's 1st grade class has won the Show Up Manchester award for September due to having the least number of tardy students. Congratulations to all the students in the class for their punctuality and dedication to their education! I want to remind all students and parents that the next competition will take place in October to determine which class has the lowest total tardies. Please make sure to arrive on time, as it is crucial for students to have enough time to prepare and be ready to learn before instruction starts at 8:30. Keep up the good work and let's continue to prioritize punctuality and education together! |

Missing School: It Adds Up!
When your child attends school regularly and on time, they have the opportunity to excel academically and to establish a positive daily routine for learning.
Regular attendance allows for students to be involved in lessons, develop relationships with their peers, and make the most out of their education. It also gives the teacher the opportunity to assess each student and effectively plan ahead.
Excessive absences can lead to students missing out on important information or falling behind in their learning. Regular school attendance is an important indicator of your child's performance and success as they grow. Simply put, absences add up. |

Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for November 2nd and 3rd. We thank those who have already scheduled an appointment slot during open house. If you missed open house, please contact your child's teacher to arrange a conference time to discuss your student's progress at the start of the school year. |

Ways to contact your child's teacher:
- Email
- Call (603)624-6314 and leave them a message
- Class Tag App
We understand that as a parent, you may have specific concerns about your child's education and well-being. However, during student pickup, our teachers need to focus on ensuring a safe departure for all students with their families. We also respect the privacy of our students and their families, and therefore, we do not hold personal conversations about a student during this time. If you would like to speak with your child's teacher, please feel free to use one of the communication methods provided, and our teacher will respond to you as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding! |
|
|
Check your students backpack for their green communication folder. There are many papers in their folder to start the year that need to be filled out and returned to the school.

If you're interested in helping out with classroom preparation, supervising during lunch, or organizing games at recess, please contact Mrs. Wheeler at the office to participate. We appreciate any extra help! |
